  : The location (close to the theater, Nyhavn, shopping areas etc.)Very comfortable bed and blankets!Instant hot water and non-stop.
  : Check-In time too late and check-out absolutely too early.In addition to that, "I cannot guarantee my colleague can be there in one hour" is the last thing a guest wants to hear on the phone upon arrival. If there is uncertainty, simply kindly ask your guests to call a bit earlier i.e. one and half or two hours earlier instead of one. A list of the items/equipments would have been helpful. I could not find the hairdryer and iron which should not be so hard to even search for.

  : - Very nice and clean apartment located on the first floor of a building in a quiet area, very close to the historic center. The kitchen had really everything you need for cooking, with everything available (also salt and oil).- Nice and friendly staff, flexibility for the check-in. We arrived early in the morning and entered at 11. - For the children there is also a playground right in the backyard. Positive experience!
  : - Super tiny bathroom, with shower and sink that shared the mixer and made it almost impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Moreover it needs maintenance, the pipe was leaking water.- The double bed measures 140cm instead of 160cm,which is the standard. So it can be a bit tight for two people and certainly with a small child I recommend getting a travel bed.

  : amazing location, small but well equipped apartment, good value for money. we will definitely book this place again if we return to copenhagen
  : sleeper couch slides apart easily which can be annoying. it's an old building, so you hear people in the hallway or the apartment above moving around

  : Despite our arrival hour (20:00), someone was waiting for us. The flat is ideally located at 10 min walk from the center so it was great organising visits with mid-day pause.
  : The sofa-bed : one of the frames is twisted, so it is better not to move too much to avoid the collapse of the bed, which obviously happened more than once in the middle of the night ! The toaster needs to be changed because of the twisted grid inside and the despicable musique launched for each toasts.
