  : Excellent, central location. Extremely well equipped kitchen, a well designed loft conversion with plenty of space, good furniture and lots of wonderful light from plentiful velux roof windows. Access to a spacious roof terrace with wonderful views over Copenhagen and a table and chairs was a well appreciated bonus. Unfortunately the weather was not such that we could eat out but we did have drinks there in the evening while admiring the city night skyline.
  : As the flat was on the 5th floor and there is no lift, climbing all the many stairs, especially with luggage and shopping, would be a problem for someone who was not fit or had mobility issues. Also, the flat is in a building right next to a nightclub/bar which was open on the Friday and Saturday nights of our stay until around 4.30 am. The noise of both the pounding music and from the coming and going of customers in the street was very loud and disturbing. As a consequence none of us slept at all well on those nights in either bedroom. On some mornings there was also a lot of noise as empty bottles and refuse was being disposed of by either the restaurant or the nightclub/bar whose back entrance opened into the shared back courtyard housing the refuse containers.

  : Nightclub with music until 5 o clock from Wednesday to Friday- no noise isolation + people shouting outside the nightclub. no shutters in the main room (daylight very early at this time of the year)! Beds for the kids in the entry pathway with direct connection (no doors) to the main living area- what happens if you want to watch a movie or work late when the kids are trying to fall asleep? Apartment not well maintained- windows that haven’t been cleaned for a very long time, ashtrays full. This apartment is ideal for people that want to party but not for a family. This should really be mentioned in the apartment description. We had really short and rough nights.

  : Location very central, nice and large apartment.
  : No shades in the main bedroom, tv did not work (not programmed message when turned on), and the worst was a 5th floor without elevator, with narrow stairs and steep steps. This was not clearly advertised in the apartment info. Not suitable for senior nor for families with young kids, or if you are carrying a large suitcase.

  : Location very good with lovely roof terrace, hosts very helpful when a couple of problems arose.
  : Main issue is with the booking.com website which misrepresents the property by saying it is in a "peaceful neighbourhood and no noise between 10pm and 8am", however they don't mention the fact that it sits above a very noisy nightclub which is open from 10pm to 5am on Friday and Saturday nights.We didn't sleep well for two of the three nights we booked, but Booking.com don't seem to care and have only offered very meagre compensation...Also their website suggests there is a lift to the 5th floor, which is another lie...
