Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Location was OK, 30 min away from central part; many restaurants, small shops around. Close to M3 metro and busses. A shared kitchen and dinning area, although we didn't use it. There was an electric water jag with cups and decaf coffee in the room.
  : There was no air conditioner. With 22C , sunny all day and no curtains on the ceiling window, it was impossible to stay in the room, even in the evening. There was only one very little soap and also not enough big towels for 4 people. Steep stairs to the second room - not suitable for small kids or older people.

  : Dirty and dusty. Also the kitchen was dirty, even the boiler.

  : I was concerned about the distance to the citys main sites but it was more than fine. Metro station is so close and everything could be reached in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is great. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything is so expensive in Copenhagen, it was nice to find a bargain. Check in was easy.

  : The hotel sent a message that the code would be sent one day before check-in. But they didnt send it at all, even on the day of check-in. I sent three messages, but received no response to any of them. The most unpleasant thing about the trip is not knowing whether you will be accommodated or not. The unnerving unknown. I had to call the hotel while roaming and spend significant money. Try to hear the code numbers (there are two codes) if the connection is poor. And they didn't even apologize for not sending the code.
