Bright and Spacious Apartment Close to the Queen's palace

  : We actually did not stay in Toldbodgade 63 as original booking, the property told us there is a problem with I can't hear very clearly over the phone as I was in the car on the way to the airport the signal was very poor as it was snowing, they offered us Fantastic Duplex, Vester Voldgade 21, near Tivoli Garden right in the city center. I checked on the web, it looks OK,so I accepted their offer.I guessed this apartment has just finished total renovation, everything is brand new, the kitchen is very large & modern which equipped with brand new high technology electric appliances ,kitchenware & utensils are also new and have plenty.The apartment is huge with 3 bed rooms (one room is on attic floor). The dining room is large too. I like the temperature of whole apartment as the ceiling is high with many windows & the heater are place in the right position. There is one shower room with toilet and one separate toilet room. This building have a lift directly to this apartment,but you need to know how to deal with it. As this apartment is so new, we might be the first group who stay,there are missing items which are not a big deal, when I called the property, the host name Peter has responded very quick & gave us what we asked for promptly, but we would like to tell the property as follow 1. Garbage bin & extra bag in every room would be nice 2. More toilet papers for big group 3.The lighting in big bed room are not function & light enough 3. The bath's room door always hit the shower cabinet's door, you should put door stopper 4. One shelf & non slip pad in shower room should be added 5.TV should be place in dining room instead of attic room. 5. You should put instruction how to operate the lift, the induction stove,oven etc.. 6.Normal glass for drinking water (you have so many wine glasses & coffee cups, but not normal glass for water), lastly you should add the hand rail at staircase to attic room for safety reason.
