Cozy two-bedroom apartment in Copenhagen Osterbro

  : This property was occupied by builders on the day of our arrival. We could mot access it as there was no key.It was dusty, had building material inside and was surrounded on all 4 sides by scaffolding and tarpaulins blocking out natural light.It took 4 hours to locate the owners/ rental company. A partial refund for one nights hotel ( one room only refunded when we had verbally agreed 2 rooms for two women travelling together) and one nights refund on the apartment accommodation was offered . As there was no alternative equivalent accommodation offered by the provider in Copenhagen we accepted this offer on the agreement that there would be no further building work undertaken during our stay. We were shocked when builders entered with a key at 6am two days later. They retreated on realising there were occupants but appeared at the bedroom windows on scaffolding at 7am. See photo attached. We were then asked to vacate the property early ( by 8am not 11am) the following day with no additional refund offered. Please do not use this company or their properties again. We had been informed in advance there would be some noise from building work nearby - but not actual work and resident builders in the apartment while we were staying there! Booking.com you need to take more care, have better oversight of what is done in your name - and not wriggle out by passing on responsibility via the small print!

  : Squiky floors, no iron but ironboard was there, no soap for washing machine and dishwasher. And major thing that this was not the same as on the pictures
