Very Poor

  : Location, warm room and flexible entry hours - the only things I liked.
  : No paper in the toilet room. Also no warm water in the toilet. Under our bed we found empty bottle, so, probably, it was not cleaned properly. We received a letter before arival, and our check in should have been at 15:00. However, we arrived at 18:15 and our room wasnt ready yet... What a dissapointment after such a hard day, after flight, lots of museum visits, etc...

  : Great location. All within walking distance. A round-the-clock supermarket is nearby. Price.
  : Shower. Very bad sewer drain.Towels. On 4 it was possible to take only 2.

  : Good location, easy check-in.
  : The photos from this hostel are very outdated, it certainly doesn't look like this anymore. The toilets are very dirty, and during our stay only 2/4 toilets were working. One of them had the lock broken for the door, and in the other one the lamp was not working. There was no soap or any hand towels in the toilets. The showers looked so dirty that I would never have tried using them. The room we stayed in was not the room I had payed for(small double bed room), it was a bigger one with beds for 5 people. Two of the beds were made with clean sheets for us, but in the other beds there were still the old sheets left from previous guests. The room had not been vacuumed for quite a while. It would seem that the staff of this hostel really doesn't care about it anymore.

  : The property was dry but that was nearly the only good thing about it. The window latch was broken so we had a very cold draft all night. We showed up an hour early at the property and were told that we could not leave bags or check in early even though our room was ready so we had to go wait in a cafe nearby with our luggage
  : The room was drafty, the ceiling lightbulbs were broken so the only lighting was the over bed lamp. the shared bathroom was set up like a public bathroom. The "kitchen space" was a small fridge with a microwave on top, nothing else. The shower room has shower stalls with mesh windows in them so that people can look into the stalls while walking by them.

  : Location near Central train station, comfortable beds, warm room
  : No reception zone, no waiting room, no towels even for pay, no luggage room service. We booked room for 3 people, but there were only 2 prepared beds with clean lining. One bed was dirty with used cotton pad lying on it. The reception telephone number didn’t answear during all of our stay - during TREE days
