  : Great apartment - light, open plan. Great location - walking straight into Nyhavn at the center of Copenhagen - but removed from the street so no noise.
  : Furniture was stained and in need of deep cleaning. Very few kitchen utensils - most plates, cups, bowls were chipped or even cracked.

  : No problem to find the key and good description how to find it, in the e-mail I got. The apartment was nice end location excellent - that is why I chose it. I would suggest more mirrors in the apartment. We where 5 ladies in the flat, with only ONE mirror - which was in the bathroom.
  : I asked for early check-in (1hour before check-in time) we didn't get confirmation on that which was ok. But the key was there and we went in at 15:00hrs and the apartment was a total mess. We called the landlord, which was very nice, she gave us permission to leave our luggage in the apartment and she called the cleaning staff. When we came back at 18:00hrs ( 2hrs after regular check-in) they had just finished to clean - floors where still wet and the dishwasher running. This means that they where actually 2 hours to late to clean the apartment. It was not cleaned under the beds - it was a lot of old dust. The shower floor and lowest part of shower walls are very dirty with this orange "fungus". The washing-machine was very dirty.

  : We loved the long table to gather around to discuss our day and plan the next one! We felt very much at home in this lovely apartment!
  : The drainage in the shower was slow and didn’t keep up with the flow! We managed with extra towels and the washer and dryer
