  : Besides the access to the flat being a bit complicated, the place is central and yet relatively quiet - considering Nyhavn being infront of the apartment. The flat is spacious and good for two couples or for a small family. There are other flats by this serviced apartments operator, therefore might try another one next time.
  : The heater in the bathroom was not working and although someone came and tried to fix it, it was not possible. We also had an issue with the cleanliness. However, due to the short stay and our busy schedule, the cleaning staff was unable to fix this during our stay. Same was valid for the heating. May be by the next day, they would have fixed it. However, we stayed over the weekend and only 3 nights. Serviced Apartment provider naturally only available during the week and office hours. However, we were given a refund of the cleaning fee.
