  : The apartment is very spacious, and the location is amazing. All you need for a nice and comfortable stay is in the apartment.
  : Not really a big deal. But there should be detailed information about how the lights work. One of the main lights was not working the first night because a short circuit occurred. However, they sent a staff the next day and he fixed the problem right away :)

  : Location was very good within easy walking distance of Copenhagen city centre
  : Most of the nights the central heating was not working and engineers had to be called out twice to repair it. This gave us all colds and triggered my chronic respiratory condition.There was no water supply for 4 hours on one of the days due to building repairs in the apartment block.The lighting in the apartment isnt not straight forward to workout and the main light in the living spontaneously stopped working.The long hike up to the 5th floor apartment via 100+ stairs is a painful task (even for the physically fit) and even worse has we had 2 large 23kg suitcases.The bed was TOO soft and the pillows were practically flat. On some nights I opted to sleep on the sofa due to back pain.Overall all the above made our stay very unpleasant. We will not be staying here again nor will we be recommending it to others.
