  : location and the person who checked us in when we arrived. He was very nice.
  : Room was old, very hot, did not feel clean and room had extremely bad air. Unfortunately I needed to stay at the hotel for 1 full day in high fever and there was renevation going on the whole day. This was very un pleasant while being in high fever at the room. I would have been appriciate if I knew about the renovation in advanced, it was very disapointing.

  : Charge for luggage storage after checkout before flight: We specifically wanted a hotel that would store our luggage after checkout until our flight and chose Scandic Front as it advertises this facility on the website. However, the hotel fails to mention there is a charge for this facility on the website. You only find out when you are there- this is not acceptable or reasonable. On the night of 13th May, 2024 we spoke to a man on the reception desk about luggage storage as we were checking out the following morning. He told us there were lockers down stairs in which we could put our items. When we got to the lockers, we found there was an hourly charge for this facility. As our flight was later in the day, we had little choice but to use these and ended up having to have 2 lockers to hold our suitcases and bags costing 100 Danish Krone (~12) for 4 hours storage. The Scandic Front is not a cheap hotel and we were not at all pleased with having to pay this fee as it was not mentioned on the website as having an extra charge for this, and as such we assumed this service was included in the room rate.

  : Location and convenience because I did not find a room in Admiral for those nights Room was ok and bedding clean and confortable
  : The bathroom details are poor , Too small and there was fungus in the floor and wall corners . It felt asa hostal bathroom . Not cheap hotel for that kind of bath.Also in the shower there was an old feature that was not removed and it was rough if you get scratched. No floor towel and pebbles are risky for falla .
