  : The location was fantastic.
  : The design was gorgeous, but the apartment smelled like cooked food when we first arrived, though the smell did dissipate after a few hours. The washer also smelled strongly of mildew and the dryer was tricky to use (kept turning off while clothes were still damp). The wifi went out on the second day and I had to hot spot off my phone to get the tv to work, since it was a smart tv.

  : Check in was good. But check out was pretty stressful. We needed to know the code for lock box to put the kew back. But the link with the code was not available and we had to go back to hide the key despite us being late for our train. I texted this situation to the host, and they said they could charge us extra for the key if they will not find it, even though it was not our fault. So, looks like they found the key, but i still nervous about this situation. Shower water pressure is ok for old building. Mold in washer!!! No washer detergent - bring your own.

  : The appartment itself is actually nice, sufficiently spacious for five of us and our three night stay. The windows are not so clean but otherwise, overall interior impression is tidy and there is a lot of light. Beds are comfortable, bedlinen and sheets are nice, clean and soft. But a jet comming from a shower handle is terribly weak mornings and/or evenings (not being dependant on intensity of usage) and the water is almost always cold. Stairway in building is terribly dirty. FYI the appartment is on third floor. The courtyard is also dirty, messy and full of discarded things and furniture. We had extreme issues with unlocking the building entrance door, there were problems with the lock that doesn't function properly, so we strongly suggest changing it. Let us mention also, one evening event, a lock at metal gates that enables courtyard entrance had inside itself a half of broken key (someone was struggling with unlocking too) so we couldn't insert the key and unlock. The problem has resolved itself othervise, but these are issues that compromise an overall quality of the stay. More detailed instructions for entering the apartment should be devised, perhaps with photos taken from the street, on the outside where the keybox actually is located. Communication before coming to the apartment was good, we received the code and instructions timely before entering the apartment.
